It's been a privilege to be a part of the San Rafael shopping experience for over 10 years. We appreciate the welcome wagon that the community rolled out for us when we arrived as well as all of the love and support we've received over the years.

HOW DROP-OFF SELLING WORKS 

You can drop-off your items to sell with Knimble only on Friday, Saturday or Sunday between 11 and 5:30.
We payout in cash only, which is 30% of total retail value. 
Once your items are received, Knimble may take up to 3 business days to complete your order. 
After your order is complete, we will send you a text message & you then have an additional 5 days to return for your order, excluding closed days.
You do not need an appointment. Please limit your items to 20 per visit. You can sell 2 times per month. You must return in person to pick it up on any open day within the 5 days, up until 5:30 pm. You will have a chance to review any items we take. We will also return any items to you that we did not take. Any items not taken within 5 days will be donated or added to our clearance rack.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING IN?
The clothing that sells best for us is women’s casual clothing, from the last 2 years that is in excellent condition. We take Women's sizes 0-20. We also take the following accessories: shoes, handbags and belts. We do buy Men's casual clothing, from the last 2 years, that is in excellent condition.
 
DO YOU BUY SEASONALLY?
Yes. We are generally buying most heavily for any given season just before that season and at the beginning of that season.
 
WHAT DON’T YOU BUY?
We DO NOT Buy: Jewelry, business attire, swimwear, shorts, fur, formal wear, or intimates. We DO buy leather handbags and shoes, and select jackets- but we do NOT buy leather shirts, skirts, or pants.
 
WHAT ARE YOUR BEST SELLING ITEMS?
Updated styles of casual shirts, jeans, dresses, shoes and handbags.
 
HOW SHOULD I BRING MY ITEMS IN?
Items must be laundered. We prefer items to be folded and brought in paper or plastic bags and not on hangers, but we are happy to accommodate whatever works for you. You can bring in 20 items per visit.
CASH PAYOUT
To streamline our processes and accommodate our sellers more quickly, Knimble has moved to a cash-only payout process. And to thank you for your loyalty, any seller whose cash payout is $10 or more will also receive an additional store discount card. 
How coupon payouts work:
1. If your cash payout is between $10 and $19.99, you will receive a discount card good for 10% off of one entire purchase. 
2. If your cash payout is between $20 and $29.99, you will receive a discount card good for 15% off of one entire purchase. 
3. If your cash payout is $30 or over, you will receive a discount card good for 20% off of one entire purchase.
