ONLINE Return Policy

You may return items for a refund within 30 day of purchase given they are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise the use of a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee incoming deliveries.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your return. Once your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, refunds on average take 1-5 business days to be credited back to your credit card account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds on average take from 1-5 business days to process. If you haven’t received a refund in this amount of time, please check your credit card company and bank again. If the refund has not posted at that point, please call contact us at and we will be happy to help you.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unless item is marked “final sale”, sale items may be returned under the same conditions as any other return.

Exchanges (if applicable)
